AI is widely applied throughout semiconductor manufacturing, from process development to high-volume production. However, successful AI deployment depends not only on algorithms but also on data that embody accumulated human knowledge and experience. This talk presents AI as a “lens” for observing complex phenomena and introduces practical examples from KIOXIA. Through these cases, it discusses how data, knowledge, and digital twins can foster knowledge circulation and create new value in the era of AI.
