While micro-optical resonators (optical combs) are expected to be compact and low-cost comb light sources, their wide mode spacing poses a challenge for spectroscopic applications. One method to solve this problem is gapless operation using frep scanning. It is known that the FSR of a micro-optical resonator changes depending on the temperature dependence of the effective refractive index of the resonator material. In this study, we controlled the temperature of a SiN micro-optical resonator using thermal tuning with a Peltier element and evaluated the change in the spectrum of a soliton micro-optical comb.
