Broadband transmission characteristics of SiNW pseudo-moth-eye structures were investigated for the realization of thin silicon antenna lenses for Beyond 5G/6G terahertz communications. The SiNW length was controlled using the metal-assisted chemical etching (MACE) method, and the transmission and reflection characteristics were evaluated in the 240–310 GHz frequency range. Low reflection characteristics were observed at 270 GHz. In addition, long SiNW structures exhibited high transmission over a wide frequency range, demonstrating their potential for broadband terahertz antenna lens applications.
