[9p-C309-13] Relationship between the enhancement of PL in PbBr-based perovskite spin-coated films by Sr doping and their structures

We found enhancement of PL in PBr-based perovskite spin-coated films by doping of Sr; PL intensity increased by about three orders of magnitude by the doping. From out-of-plane and in-plane X-ray diffraction,It can be thought that this doping brings about a highly ordered crystal structure, and the resulting significant decrease in the trap level increases the PL intensity.
