Rare-earth nickelates (RENiO3) have attracted considerable attention as promising materials for proton-driven resistive switching devices. In this study, (Eu0.56,Nd0.44)NiO3 solid-solution thin films were fabricated on LSAT substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). After hydrogenation treatment, their proton conduction properties were evaluated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the solid-solution films exhibited a tendency toward higher conductivity compared with the end-member compositions. These findings suggest that compositional control through solid-solution formation is an effective approach for improving proton transport properties in RENiO3-based materials.
