The perovskite crystal CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6 exhibits highly efficient green photoluminescence and excellent stability in air. Moreover, photon emission with energies higher than that of the excitation light has been observed, indicating its potential application in semiconductor optical cooling. We have previously demonstrated that reducing the dimensionality of the crystal structure can suppress the self-absorption effect and improve cooling efficiency. In this study, we will also focus on the behavior of photons under strong excitation to identify the optimal structure.
