Metasurface (MS) is an engineered array of subwavelength structures formed on a planer substrate that enables flat wavefront-shaping devices. We have developed various functional devices based on dielectric MSs operating at 1550-nm wavelength for high-speed optical communication, interconnects, and computing applications.
