We separately evaluate the fast and slow decay components observed in Pauli spin blockade readout signals near the (1,3)-(0,4) charge transition of a Si-MOS double quantum dot. We investigate the detuning dependence of the decay rates and relative amplitudes and discuss the dynamics of Pauli spin blockade readout.
