[9p-PA2-26]Attempted Fabrication of High-Temperature Superconducting Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ Thin Films

To fabricate high-quality Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ (Bi2212) thin films, this study investigated a fabrication method combining low-temperature deposition and post-annealing, as well as a high-temperature deposition method. The fabricated thin films exhibited superconducting transitions with Tc,onset values ranging from 72 to 86 K. However, zero resistance was not observed. Results for Bi2212 thin films fabricated under various deposition conditions will be presented, together with the structural and superconducting properties of films fabricated using the high-temperature deposition method.
