We have developed high-entropy REBa2Cu3O7-δ epitaxial thin films containing five rare-earth elements for compact fusion reactor applications. Using X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and electrical transport measurements, we investigated their structural and superconducting properties and revealed the relationship between lattice distortion, local structural changes, and superconducting performance, highlighting their potential for improved irradiation tolerance.
