SiGe crystal growth experiments were carried out aboard the ISS. Analysis of the Run #2 crystal identified the origin of the rapid growth phenomenon within erary growth stage under microgravity, while EBSD measurements of the Run #6 crystal cross-section confirmed single crystal growth.
