We investigate high-harmonic generation from a hydrogen-passivated silicon nanocluster using first-principles time-dependent density functional theory. By comparing fully self-consistent propagation with frozen and partially time-dependent Hartree/exchange-correlation treatments, we clarify how dynamical screening affects the harmonic intensity and cutoff behavior.
