The conference will not provide accommodation or travel arrangements through a designated travel agency. Participants are kindly requested to make their own arrangements using online booking services or accommodation and business travel packages offered by travel agencies.

Please note that Sapporo is expected to be particularly busy with tourists and other travelers during the conference period. We strongly recommend that you arrange your accommodation as early as possible.
