Abstract Submission

Abstract submission starts on April 24, 2024. Deadline is May 22, 2024. After the deadline, any submission is not accepted.

General presentations and competitions require individual JSAS membership. Your JSAS member ID is required to submit an abstract. If you are not currently a member of JSAS, please become a JSAS member first. Also, you need to register for the meeting to submit an abstract.

All abstract submissions are online. You can proceed with online abstract submission after online registration. Your presentation ID will be automatically created upon submission. We accept only oral presentations and limit one abstract per presenter. 

General Presentation

One topic per presenter.

You can choose to present at the general meeting or a competition but not both.

Excellent Presentation Award Competition Guidelines

Applicants must be student members or regular members under the age of 30 as of the end of February 2025.

Applicants must be the lead author and presenter of the presentation.

The presentation should include novel research and must be previously unpublished.

One topic per presenter.

Applicants cannot be a presenter of the general presentation.
