・All presentations are made orally.

・Presentations must be prepared in PDF format with a data size of less than 8 MB.

・Save your presentation on a USB memory stick and bring it to the meeting for uploading.

・Your presentation file name should include the presentation ID and your full name (i.g., VII28-01_Taro Kyoto)

・Presentation upload site is located near the registration booth at the meeting.

・Please be aware that animations and videos are not supported.

・Oral presentations will be made using a single Windows computer in your assigned room, which will not be connected to wifi.

・The deadline for submission is 1.5 hours before the start time of each speaker's presentation (or 8:30 am if the presentation is scheduled to start before 10:00 am).

 

General Presentation

The length of the talk should be a total of 10 minutes (7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A). 

Excellent Presentation Award Competition

The length of the talk should be a total of 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A)

English Presentation Award（EPA）Competition

The presentation format follows that of General Presentation or Excellent Presentation Award Competition described above.
