Childcare Center

Childcare is available at the conference during the conference period for attendees who bring their children. Reservations are required, so please apply in advance.
 

Day and Time

July 17 (Wed), 2024 8:45 a.m.-8:45 p.m.
July 18 (Thu), 2024 8:45 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
July 19 (Fri), 2024 8:45 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
 

Location

Tsukuba International Congress Center
For security reasons, only applicants will be notified of the detailed location.
 

Age

From 3 months old to 6th grade elementary school students.
 

Capacity

5 persons per day
Please note that we will close the application when the number of applicants reaches the capacity, even if it is still within the application period.
 

Usage Fees

500 yen per person per hour (tax included)
Please pay the fee in cash on the first day of use (with no change). If you cancel on the day of use, or if the actual usage time is shorter than your reservation time, you will be charged the fee as you initially reserve.
In the event of an extension of the care, the fee for the extension will be charged.

If you have any allergies or need special considerations for childcare, please be sure to let us know at the time of application. If you do not notify us, we may refuse to accept your child.
We will send you a "childcare application form" together with your application confirmation email. Please fill out the "Childcare Application Form" and bring it to the daycare room on the day.

Please apply as soon as possible, as we will close the application if it reaches the capacity. No reservations will be accepted without an appointment.

The company is a member of “All Japan Childcare Services Association”.
 

Insurance

The responsible company is insured, and they compensate accidents within the scope of insurance coverage.
The 76th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Cell Biology and the Management Office will not be responsible for any accidents. 
 

Q and A

・Do you have a microwave and a refrigerator?

There are no facilities in this temporary nursery room. Please bring foods and drinks that can be stored at room temperature.

 
・Do we need a blanket for sleeping?

Blankets are available. No need to bring it with you.

 
・I want to bring my favorite toys.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of toys you bring in. To avoid any troubles, we do not recommend bringing your toys

 
・Can I come and see my child when I have time?

Sorry, we do not allow parents/guardians to enter the room. It would be worth to create an environment where children can concentrate on their activities and consider other children in group childcare.
