摂南大学理工学部機械工学科では3年後期の「機械創成応用演習」においてブラザーシスター制度を導入しており，4年生も演習に参加している．3年生の演習履修前後と4年生の卒研履修後の意識調査やブラザーシスター担当者の意識調査の結果について報告する．
