Dr. Williams is The John M. Fenlin, Jr Professor of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at The Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. As a member of the Division of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the Rothman Institute, his practice is limited to the diagnosis and management of shoulder disorders, with extensive experience in the field of shoulder replacement. He currently serves as a member of the AAOS Strategic Planning Committee, and as a member of the Rothman Institute Board of Directors. He is also co-Chief of Musculoskeletal Medicine at Main Line Health System in the Philadelphia area. He has previously served as the 2nd Vice-President, 1st Vice President, President, and Past President of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, President of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, President of the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and President of the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society.
