・The banquet fee is not included in the conference registration fee and must be paid separately.

・Due to venue arrangements, regular/on-site registration for the banquet is not available. Participation in the banquet only is not allowed.

・Regular/on-site payment will be accepted in cash only. Credit cards or e-money will not be accepted.

・Even for free participation, early-bird registration is required for banquet preparation.

・“Students” refers to undergraduate or graduate students. Proof of enrollment (e.g., student ID) may be requested by the Secretariat.

• All registrations must be made online via this conference website.
• Please manage your login ID and password created during registration. The Secretariat cannot reissue them.
• Payment for early-bird registration is accepted by credit card only. If credit card payment is not possible, please contact the Secretariat.
• After completing registration, a confirmation e-mail including your registration number will be sent. A separate payment confirmation e-mail will be sent once payment is completed. If you do not receive them, your registration or payment may be incomplete.
