緩和ケアの悩みを相談しよう

教育・研修委員会が企画した本セッションは、様々な場で緩和ケアに携わる看護師が、日頃の実践を通して感じている緩和ケアの魅力や悩みを他の看護師やエキスパートナースと共に語り合うことを通して、緩和ケア・エンドオブライフ（EOL）ケアの実践・教育を高めるための仲間づくり、学びのきっかけづくりができる場を作ること、あるいは、緩和ケアのエキスパートとしての成長に向けた認定看護師・専門看護師・大学院進学などのキャリアパスを考える機会を提供することを目的としています。<br>《緩和ケアの魅力を語り合おう》《緩和ケアの悩みを相談しよう》《エキスパートのキャリアパスを聞いてみよう》《緩和ケア・EOL ケアの教育を考えよう》の４つのブースを設置し、それぞれのテーマにゆかりのあるエキスパートや、関心をお持ちの方々が気軽に語り合える &ldquo; キャリアカフェ風 &rdquo; の場を開きます。肩の力を抜いて、ちょっと立ち寄るような感覚でお楽しみください。
