精神的負担からの離職予防を支える生成AIメンタリングの可能性

医療現場では、インシデントや医療事故、患者・家族対応、感染管理などの重大事象に直面した医療従事者が、強い精神的負担を抱え、離職に至ることがある。とりわけ事故当事者が「第二の被害者」として孤立し、適切な支援につながらない状況は、医療の質と安全性にも影響を及ぼす。本シンポジウムでは、まず医療関連重大事象がもたらす心理的影響と、組織的支援の必要性を医療安全の観点から整理する。次に、アドラー心理学やマインドフルネスの視点を踏まえ、対話型生成 AI を同僚支援を補完する「セルフケア支援ツール」として活用する可能性を議論する。さらに、メンタルウェルビーイング支援を目的とした AI・デジタル技術研究の最新動向を概観し、人と AI が協働する支援モデルの将来像を展望する。<br>本シンポジウムを通じて、個人の努力に依存しない持続可能な離職予防と、医療者が安心して働き続けられる支援のあり方を多角的に議論したい。
