オピオイド鎮痛薬以外のアプローチ

一般社団法人日本ペインクリニック学会

がん治療の進歩により長期生存するがんサバイバーが増加する一方、治療後に持続する慢性疼痛が生活の質や社会復帰を妨げる重要な課題となっている。サバイバーの疼痛は、がん性疼痛と非がん性疼痛の両側面をもち、複雑な病態を呈することから、的確な評価と多面的な治療戦略が不可欠である。<br>　本シンポジウムでは、日本ペインクリニック学会が最新のエビデンスを元に作成した「がんサバイバーの慢性疼痛治療に関するステートメント」の理解を深め、安全で包括的かつ個別化されたがんサバイバーの慢性疼痛管理の実践につなげることを目的とする。シンポジウムの内容は、ステートメントの作成に携わったメンバーが参集し，サバイバーの慢性疼痛の症例を提示し、痛みの評価やオピオイド鎮痛薬を中心とした適切な薬物療法、薬物療法以外のアプローチ法を学び、症例のその後の経過を開示した後、総合討論で症例を振り返るといったものである。
