地域で行っている遺族ケアの実際と遺族が求めるケアで私達ができることとは？

医療スタッフはがん患者（および非がん患者）の遺族ケアの重要性を感じているものの、患者への支援が終わると機会を失いやすく、十分にケアを届けられていない現状がある。すべての遺族が専門的な介入を要するわけではない一方で、遷延性悲嘆症など慎重な観察と介入を要する遺族もいる。<br>本セッションでは、遺族ケアガイドラインの概要と今後の展望、がん治療を担う病院における遺族外来を含む遺族ケア、訪問診療や訪問看護での看取り後の遺族ケア、ピアサポート活動や自治体などによる地域での遺族支援の取り組み等、各分野での専門家から遺族支援の現状と課題をお伝えいただく。上記のように「遺族ケアが不十分」と感じられる背景、アクセシビリティの地域差、様々な形で提供されている遺族支援プログラムの質の担保、医療機関と地域との連携など山積する課題をふまえつつ、私たちが明日から取り入れられる遺族支援をともに考える場としたい。
