非がん性呼吸器疾患に対する緩和ケア、緩和ケアに携わる医療者はどうする？

一般社団法人日本呼吸器学会／一般社団法人日本呼吸ケア・リハビリテーション学会

非がん性呼吸器疾患（NMRD）は罹患率が高く生命を脅かす疾患であり、患者は身体的・精神的・社会的・スピリチュアルな苦痛を抱えることが知られている。しかし我が国では、緩和ケアは主にがん診療の枠組みの中で発展してきた経緯があり、NMRD に対する緩和ケアは十分に提供されているとは言い難い。そのような中、関係者の尽力により2026 年度診療報酬改定において NMRD に対する緩和ケアの一部が保険収載され、今後の診療体制の整備が期待されている。一方で、緩和ケア従事者にとっては、がんとは異なる疾患経過や症状特性を理解することが求められる。本セッションでは、これまで NMRD に対する緩和ケアに取り組んでこられた呼吸器内科医と緩和ケア医から、①疾患理解の基礎 ②呼吸器診療における緩和ケアの課題 ③緩和ケア指針や診療報酬の動向 ④緩和ケア側の課題と今後の展望を共有し、NMRD 患者への緩和ケア発展について議論したい。
