急性期循環器治療における患者の精神的苦痛と医療者のかかわり

日本サイコカ―ディオロジー学会

心不全をはじめとする循環器疾患は、増悪と寛解を繰り返しながら進行し、患者・家族は治療選択や療養の過程で複雑な意思決定を迫られる。その中で生じる不安や抑うつ、喪失感といった精神的苦痛に対し、「こころ」と「からだ」の両面から支える視点が重要である。本シンポジウムでは、サイコカーディオロジーと緩和ケアの視点を融合し、急性期から慢性期、人生の最終段階に至るまでの心理的支援のあり方を多職種で検討する。具体的には、循環器疾患における心理的側面の理解、急性期における精神的苦痛への対応、心不全患者に対する意思決定支援や ACP の実践や支援等の実際について共有する。さらに、患者・家族のみならず医療者自身のケアにも着目し、今後の循環器領域における「心のケア」について議論したい。
