薬剤師の視点から考える「寄り添い」の距離～共感の罠を越える薬学的介入と自律支援～

緩和ケアを専門とする医療者は、常に患者に寄り添うことが緩和ケアには必要であり、いつでも、どこでも、すぐに患者のニーズに対応すべきと感じることが多いのではないだろうか。しかし、実際には患者の予後、元々の精神的な健康度、家族の在り方、抱えている課題の内容などによって、そのような「寄り添い」が常に良い結果をもたらすとは限らない。<br>本セッションは、患者や家族に寄り添うことの心理的効果とリスクについて考え、医療者にとっての負担や葛藤を含めケアのより良い形を探索するために企画した。<br>職種によって異なる視点から、「寄り添う」とは何か、患者、家族、医療者にとってのメリット、デメリットを含め、臨床の最前線におられる演者にお話しいただく予定である。
