我が国における脳死下臓器提供の実際と今後の方向性

脳死下臓器移植は、end-of-life careの重要な一場面です。しかし、そこには通常の終末期ケアとは異なる特有の困難さがあり、患者家族だけでなく、医療者にとっても多くの葛藤をもたらします。<br>ドナーの発生は、高度救急医療を担うハイボリュームセンターに限らず、あらゆる医療施設で起こり得ます。だからこそ、家族への心理的支援や関わる医療スタッフのメンタルケアを含めた「終末期支援」として、緩和ケアチームとの協働が重要になる可能性があります。<br>しかし現状では、臓器移植の現場における緩和ケアの関わりはまだ十分とは言えません。<br>本セッションでは、脳死下臓器移植における具体的な課題を整理し、緩和ケアとの協働がもたらす可能性について考えます。本企画が、この2つの領域の協働を前進させる端緒となれば幸いです。皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。
