「身寄りのない人」が緩和ケアを受けながら暮らすことを社会的側面から考える

65 歳以上の単独世帯が 30％を超え、過去最多となる現在、そして近い将来、40％を越える我が国の現状があります。このような中、近しい立場の方の死別などにより「身寄りが亡くなる」という現実は、特別な物語ではなく私やあなた、社会全体を覆う波です。例えば 「最期まで家で生きる」という患者さんの覚悟に触れた時、「独りで苦しむのではないか」「これでいいのだろうか？」と胸が痛む&hellip;。環境を鑑みる冷静さと、想いに添う情熱のあいだで、医療介護従事者の心は揺れ動きます。 その覚悟を支え抜くには、質の高い臨床ケアに加え、法務の知識や行政等と連携した周到な準備が不可欠です。<br>本企画では、同じ地域に生きる一人の市民として、人生の最終段階を迎えた同じ地域住民である「おひとりさま」にどう伴走していくべきか、多職種連携で制度の壁をどう越えるかを紐解きます。 いつか当事者になるかもしれない自分たちをも救う、フロアからの鮮烈な知見も大歓迎です。究極の &ldquo; 生きるを支える &rdquo; アプローチを共に探ってみませんか？
