在宅医療における教育の問題点について

在宅緩和ケアは、医療者が全人的ケアや多職種連携を学ぶ教育の場にもなっています。本企画では、学生や、在宅医療に触れることの少ない医師・看護師・薬剤師にむけて行われている様々な教育実践を紹介します。医学生や研修医を対象とした卒前卒後教育、在宅医療に携わる医師・看護師を養成する研修プログラム等を共有します。また、日頃在宅医療に触れることの少ない医療者が見学・実習として在宅現場に参加する意義や効果とともに、現場の医療者がどのように関わることで学びを深められるのかを検討します。さらに、介護従事者など地域に向けた教育の取り組みも紹介します。在宅緩和ケアの現場には、教科書では得られない学びがあります。その価値を共に探求し、次の世代へつなぐために、教育に携わる方も、これから関わりたい方も、どうぞ気軽にご参加ください。
