死別後の「成長」をどう捉えるか ―遺族支援におけるPTG概念の臨床的再考―

緩和ケアは、薬物療法のみならず非薬物療法を含めた全人的ケアを、多職種が連携して提供する。その実践には、自身の専門領域のエビデンスのみならず、他職種や関連領域の知見を理解し、臨床に統合する姿勢が不可欠である。本セッションでは、医師、看護師、薬剤師、リハビリテーション職、心理職など多職種の専門家を招聘し、それぞれの立場から「今年の推し論文」を紹介していただく。UpToDate のような網羅的レビューや英語論文に限定することなく、演者が臨床・研究の経験から注目した論文やトピックスを取り上げ、その意義、解釈、そして日常診療への応用可能性について解説する。多様な視点から最新の知見を共有することで、参加者が明日からの臨床に活かせる学びを得ることを目的とする。
