終末期がん患者を対象としたリハビリテーションのランダム化比較試験の遂行から得られた研究設計と症例登録の実践的課題

緩和医療領域では、薬物療法のみならず、看護やリハビリテーション、多職種によるチーム介入など「複合的介入」の有効性を検証する臨床試験の重要性がますます高まっている。しかし、患者の病状変化や倫理面への配慮が求められる環境下で介入研究を立案・完遂するには多くの困難が伴う。 本企画は、第 30 回日本緩和医療学会学術大会で好評を博したセッション「成功する臨床試験の秘訣」の、看護・リハビリテーションからの視点として位置づけられる。本パネルディスカッションでは、同領域で介入研究を牽引してきた研究代表者を演者に迎え、論文には記述されない「臨床試験の裏側のリアル」に迫る。 具体的には、プロジェクトマネジメントの実際や、直面した課題とそれを乗り越えた工夫について概説していただく。本邦における看護・リハビリテーション領域や多職種協働をさらに発展させるために何が求められているのか、聴衆の明日からの研究実践に直結する議論を展開する。
