遠隔会議・遠隔外来システムを活用した和歌山県全体の緩和ケアの質向上に向けた取り組み　―ONE SPACE Wakayama Projectの報告―

専門的緩和ケアの提供が困難な地域においても、患者と家族へ切れ目なく質の高いケアを届けるためには、ICT を活用したコンサルテーションや、遠隔での医療・連携・教育体制の構築が不可欠である。本ワークショップでは、多岐にわたる「遠隔緩和ケア」の全体像を概観した上で、各施設における先進的な実践知を共有し、今後の提供体制のあり方を議論する。<br>具体的には、がん治療医と緩和ケアチームによる遠隔診療とコンサルテーション、県全域に緩和ケア診療と教育を届けるプロジェクト、Medical Care Station を活用した病院・在宅連携による看取り支援、そして北海道における遠隔コンサルテーションの活用と顔の見える関係づくりについて各演者から報告いただく。<br>病院間や在宅との連携、教育体制に至る多様なアプローチから現場の実情と課題を紐解き、全国的な緩和ケアの均てん化に向けた具体的な展望を描くセッションとする。
