「気がかり」にアプローチする地域での取り組みと研修

全人的苦痛のなかでも社会的苦痛は、しばしば患者自身の人生の積み重ねの結果として生じるものであるし、医療者の専門性・職域を超えた問題であることも多い。<br>しかし患者にとって特に「気がかり」なことが、病気そのものの治療・ケアとは直結しない社会的な問題であることも少なくはない。医療者、特に緩和ケア従事者として全人的ケアに携わるのであれば、患者の社会的苦痛にもできるだけ寄り添い、可能な範囲で解決のための手助けをしたり、専門家につないだりする関わり方ができるのが望ましいと考えられる。<br>このセッションは、患者にとっての「病気そのものの治療・ケア以外の気がかりなこと」に医療者がどう向き合えばいいか、どのようなアプローチ・取り組みをすればいいのか等について、3 名のパネリストに医師・看護師・MSWの観点から語っていただき、さらに参加いただいた方々とも一緒に活発な議論を行っていきたい。
