高齢腎不全患者に対する保存的腎臓療法（CKM)

腎不全患者への緩和ケアは、非がん疾患の緩和ケアという観点から近年非常に注目されてきた。こうした背景のもと、2025年9月、日本緩和医療学会・日本透析医学会・日本腎臓学会の3学会合同で「腎不全患者のための緩和ケアガイダンス」が策定・公表された。さらに2026年度診療報酬改定では、緩和ケア関連の複数の項目において対象が腎不全患者へ拡大され、制度的基盤もようやく整いつつある。本シンポジウムでは、ガイダンス作成に携わった各学会および厚生労働省の演者が登壇し、策定の経緯とガイダンスの内容についてご講演頂くとともに、腎不全の緩和ケアの現場への実装に向けた多角的な議論を行う。腎不全の緩和ケアを真に普及させるための道筋を、ともに考えたい。
