制度のはざまにあるAYA世代の生活を支援するーMSWの立場から－

AYA 世代は、人生の土台を築く重要な時期にあります。就学や就職、恋愛、結婚といったライフイベントが集中する一方、心理面では「自己アイデンティティの確立」や「親からの自立と依存」の間で揺れ動く、発達段階特有の繊細さを抱えています。<br>この時期に重い病を患うと、学業やキャリアの停滞、妊孕性の喪失といった将来への不安に加え、自律性を損なうことへの葛藤や、同世代との乖離による強い孤独感に直面します。そのため、身体的治療にとどまらず、社会や地域で生きる患者の「一人の若者」としての尊厳を支える多職種によるきめ細やかな心理社会的ケアが不可欠です。<br>本シンポジウムでは、多職種による多角的な視点から AYA 世代特有の心理的特徴や社会的ニーズを共有するために企画しました。小児看護専門看護師、在宅医、医療ソーシャルワーカーの立場からそれぞれご講演いただき、この世代の患者さんの包括的な支援のあり方を議論します。
