診るのは症状か、物語か—見立てが崩れる瞬間から始める（症例提示）

がん医療では、身体症状が前景にありながら、その背景に不安・抑うつ、喪失体験、家族関係、社会的役割、治療への意味づけなどの心理社会的因子が複雑に重なり、評価や対応が難航することが少なくない。本シンポジウムでは、対応に苦慮した仮想症例を素材に、症状のみならず「その人」を診る心身医学的な診かた、すなわち心理社会的因子を含めた統合的アセスメントと介入の組み立てを、ドクター Otani と 4 人の論客による多角的討論を通して具体的に学ぶ。症例を解説して終えるのではなく、どこで見立てが揺れ、何を問い直すと支援の糸口が見えてくるのかを丁寧にたどり、臨床推論のプロセスそのものを可視化する。こころとからだを二分せず、その「あいだ」を診る視点を共有し、迷いながら進む臨床において、参加者が自らの実践を振り返り明日から使える問いの立て方と介入の工夫を持ち帰れる場としたい。多職種で見立てを編み直す醍醐味も共に味わいたい。
