がんによる症状の緩和のための放射線治療ガイドラインの概要と策定プロセス

公益社団法人日本放射線腫瘍学会

がん患者の症状緩和やQOL維持において放射線治療は重要な選択肢の一つですが、臨床現場では適応の判断に加え、「実施タイミング」や「併用すべき支持療法」など判断に苦慮する場面も少なくありません。<br>本シンポジウムは、緩和的放射線治療の指針となる「がんによる症状緩和のための放射線治療ガイドライン」発刊を受け、日本緩和医療学会と日本放射線腫瘍学会の合同企画として開催します。本ガイドラインの普及を図るとともに、今後の臨床実装や解決すべき課題についても多角的な視点から議論を深めることを目的としています。<br>前半はガイドライン策定に携わった放射線治療医が、その概要や策定プロセス、推奨の要点を解説します。後半は、緩和ケア医の立場からガイドラインを現場で如何に活用し患者さんに届けるか、また重要となる支持療法の実際についてお話しいただきます。総合討論の時間も設けますので、ご参加の皆様からも是非ご意見を頂ければ幸いです。
