ONE SPACE WAKAYAMAにおける統合型遠隔支援：遠隔コンサルテーションの利用障壁と改善の方向性

「誰一人取り残さない緩和ケア」を推進する中で、緩和ケア専門家が不在の医療機関や地域における患者の QOL 向上は喫緊の課題である。本シンポジウムでは、ICT を活用して専門医療機関と地域医療機関を繋ぐ「専門的緩和ケアコンサルテーション」の取り組みに焦点を当て、その実践知を共有する。遠隔コンサルテーションは、単なる知識や治療適応の伝達に留まるものではなく、地域連携を通じて、実効性のある専門的緩和ケア提供を実現するとともに、地域緩和ケアネットワークそのものの強化へ繋げることを目指す。遠隔コンサルテーションがもたらす臨床的価値を示しながら、持続可能な遠隔医療モデルとして機能するための課題を議論し、テクノロジーを介して地域全体のケアの質を底上げする、次世代の緩和ケア提供体制のあり方について参加者と共に考えていきたい。
