デジタル機器を活用した未来のケアに向けて～ウェアラブルデバイス, VR, AIの可能性～

痛みは、全人的苦痛として表現されることから、主観的評価が重要とされてきた。一方、主観的評価は比較可能性に乏しいなど診療や研究においてしばしば有用性に欠けるため疼痛を客観的に評価するという試みも必要である。その手法としてスマートフォンやウエアラブルデバイスから得られる患者情報を収集・解析し、患者の状況を定量的にモニタリングする「デジタルフェノタイピング」と呼ばれるものがある。<br>デジタルフェノタイピングはリアルタイムに早期バイアスを最小限に抑えた客観的指標による情報収集が可能であるとされ、ePRO（electronic Patient Reported Outcome）と併用することで患者の症状増悪検出に役立つ可能性が報告されてきている。<br>本セッションでは、痛みの見える化と未来のケアを目指している 3 名の講師をお迎えし、実臨床における緩和医療への活用可能性を討議する機会としたい。
