原発性悪性脳腫瘍患者の尊厳を支える意思決定支援の現状と課題

原発性脳腫瘍に加えて、悪性腫瘍の脳転移・髄膜播種をきたす患者さんは増加傾向にあり、それに伴う症状の緩和が課題となっている。認知機能の低下（遂行機能や記銘力の低下、性格変容など）や様々な中枢神経症状（せん妄、痙攣、頭痛、悪心など）によって、尊厳や QOL が損なわれることも少なくなく、多職種によるチームアプローチが重要である。本シンポジウムでは、緩和ケア医、看護師、リハビリテーション専門職、薬剤師の立場での 4 人の演者からお話をいただき、課題を共有するとともに、薬物調整を含む症状緩和、情緒的ケア、ADL 支援、ACP/ 意思決定支援などについて議論する。
