すっきりしない「しびれ」にどう支援するか？～リハビリテーションの視点より～

がんおよび非がんの終末期には、薬物療法のみでは十分に改善しない「スッキリしない身体症状」にしばしば直面します。これらの症状は患者の生活や尊厳に影響を及ぼすだけではなく、医療者にとっても「これ以上何ができるのか」と迷いや無力感を抱きやすい領域といえます。一方で、このような症状に対しても専門職として、見逃してはならない評価や介入、症状緩和に向けた実践的な工夫が求められます。本パネルディスカッションでは医師・看護師・リハビリテーション職それぞれの立場からエビデンスを踏まえた薬物療法やアセスメント、非薬物的アプローチなどの実践を共有いただきます。そのうえで十分な対応を尽くしてもなお残る苦痛に医療者としてどのように向き合うのかについても多職種で討議したいと思っています。フロアから活発なご意見を頂き、日々の臨床に還元できる示唆を得る機会としたいと考えています。
