鳥取県における自殺対策の取り組み～自殺高率県から自殺死亡率全国最少県への推移～

わが国の自殺率は、世界の他の国のそれと比較して、依然として高い水準で推移しており、有効性を有する自殺予防対策の策定とその実践は、社会全体にとって重要な課題である。わが国の自殺予防対策は、自殺対策基本法に基づいて策定されてきたが、全国の精神保健福祉センターにおいて、様々な自殺予防対策が企画・立案され、実施されてきた。全国の精神保健福祉センターは、医療機関、相談機関、行政機関として、自殺予防対策の推進において重要な役割を担ってきたため、各実践の有効性と意義を検証することは、今後のわが国の自殺予防対策の確立をはかる上で重要であると考えられる。そのため、全国の精神保健福祉センターにおいて実施された自殺予防活動の有効性と意義を共有し、それらを検証することを目的としてシンポジウムを企画する。
