Experiencing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: A Basic Workshop Utilizing Digital Technology

認知療法・認知行動療法は保険収載されているが、時間の制限やトレーニングの機会がない等、様々な理由により、その診療報酬件数は伸び悩んでいる。本邦においては厚生労働省認知行動療法研修事業等において、認知行動療法のトレーニングを受けることができるが、ニーズに応えきれていない現状がある。<br>さらに、昨今、世界的に認知行動療法を牽引するベック研究所により、パーソナル・リカバリーの実現に焦点をよりあてたリカバリー志向の認知行動療法が紹介されている。<br>これらを背景とし、本ワークショップでは、体系的な認知行動療法の講義やトレーニングを受けたことがない方を対象とし、そのエッセンスを学び、体感してもらうことを目的とする。グループワークを通して実際の患者と治療者の心理を体験していただきたい。なお、ワークショップ内では認知行動療法マップ（http://cbtmap.ncnp.go.jp）の動画等を紹介し、グループワークを行う予定である。
