Suicide Prevention Committee Workshop: Case Study for Learning the Essentials of Suicide Prevention

自殺予防に関する委員会<br>【事前申込制】【オンデマンド配信対象外】

患者の自殺を防ぐことは、精神科臨床における最重要課題です。自殺と精神疾患の関連は密接であり、自殺予防対策に関する法規、大綱等において精神科医療者の関与が強く求められてきましたが、2025年の改正自殺対策基本法には精神科医療者等に対する自殺予防教育の機会の提供が明記されました。当該ワークショップは、メンタルへルス支援と自殺予防を目的に、大塚、河西らによって開発された自殺予防のための教育研修プログラム10 Essentialsを用いて実施されるもので、基本法に求められている自殺予防教育に相応するものとなります。受講者は、グループを構成し、複雑深刻模擬事例に対して、10 Essentialsに掲げられた10の要項に従って、自殺対策専門家によるガイドとファシリテーションを受けながら問題解決アプローチを検討し、自殺予防のための基礎的知識と介入技術を学びます。当該プログラムを用いたワークショップ開催は、2017年度以降の日本精神神経学会学術総会以降恒例となっており、毎回満席で開催されていますが、当該プログラムを受講することにより、受講者の自殺予防に関する知識と態度が好ましい方向に変容するなど、その有効性についても国際誌上で報告されています（Naritaら，2025）。
