Telemedicine: Clinical Practice Updates

医療DXに関する委員会<br>【事前申込制】

当初は一定の警戒感をもって静かに始まったオンライン診療であるが、近年では、人口減少下における医療資源の確保や医師偏在の是正といった国家的課題を解決するための重要な手段の一つとして認識されつつある。しかし、精神科領域では診療報酬上の制約もあり、依然として十分に活用されているとは言い難い。<br>従来、オンライン診療が想定される主たる場面は離島やへき地に限定されることが多かったが、厚生労働省は2024年1月6日に「医師が常駐しないオンライン診療のための診療所」をへき地などに限らずに都市部を含めて開設することを認める通知を発出しているなど、都市部での活用も期待されている。また、患者の疾患特性などから、オンライン診療が強みを発揮するケースも蓄積されつつある。<br>今回のワークショップでは離島・へき地に限らず、様々な患者群・治療場面におけるオンライン診療の実践、好事例について会場の先生たちと共有し、その有用性についての認識を深めたい。
