rTMS Therapy for Depression: Sharing Practical Issues and Discussions

精神科医療機器委員会<br>【事前申込制】【オンデマンド配信対象外】

反復経頭蓋磁気刺激（repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation: rTMS）療法は、1 剤以上の抗うつ薬が奏功しなかった中等症以上のうつ病（18 歳以上）を適応として2019 年6 月に保険収載された。臨床導入から6年余りが経過し、全国で約85施設にrTMS治療機器が導入され、学会主催rTMS講習会の延べ受講者数は4500人を超えている（うち精神科医は3000人弱）。各施設で診療経験が蓄積されている一方で、運用体制の整備や地域連携などに課題を抱える施設も少なくない。そこで本ワークショップでは、うつ病へのrTMS療法の実臨床で生じている課題を共有し、その解決にむけて参加者で多角的に検討することを目的とする。rTMS療法に携わっている、あるいはこれからrTMS療法を導入しようとしている医療者を参加者として想定し、精神科医療機器委員会委員がファシリテーターとなりグループワーク形式でワークショップを進行する。ディスカッションテーマとしては、参加者が感じているrTMS療法の実践や運用上の課題を共有した上で解決策について話し合うパートと、rTMS療法の適応の臨床的判断が難しい症例について検討するパートを予定している。ワークショップを通じて参加者が相互に学び合い、現場に還元可能な知見を抽出し、rTMS療法の質的向上と持続的な発展につなげたい。
