Risk Sharing for Side Effects of Psychotropics (Part 2): Antidepressant and Mood Stabilizer

趣旨：臨床現場で向精神薬を使用した場合には、さまざまな副作用が出現する。本来ならば、これらの向精神薬をはじめて処方する際に、副作用リスクについても十分に説明することが望ましいが、臨床現場で患者への説明に充当できる時間には限りがあるし、一口に副作用といっても、頻度が高いものもあれば、極めてまれなものもあるので、全ての副作用について説明することは現実的ではない。<br>当委員会は2025年総会の委員会企画シンポジウムにおいて抗精神病薬であるリスペリドンを統合失調症外来患者に初めて処方する際にどの程度副作用に関する説明を行い、処方開始後はどの程度の頻度で副作用のモニタリングを行っているかに関するウェブ調査の結果を報告するとともに、多忙な臨床現場における副作用の説明について、複数のエキスパートによるデモンストレーションを行った。<br>今回のセッションでは外来初診のうつ病患者にエスシタロプラムを、双極うつ病患者に炭酸リチウムを処方する際の副作用の説明のあり方について、複数のエキスパートによるデモンストレーション動画を供覧した上で、エキスパート間の討論、およびフロアの参加者との質疑応答を行って、精神科医療における副作用のリスクシェアリングに関する意見集約を目指す。
