Beginners are welcome! Next Generation Sequencing with UltraExpress

In the first half of the seminar, we introduced the newly released NGS library preparation kit, NEBNext UltraExpress series, its features and how to distinguish its use from the conventional NEBNext Ultra II series. In the latter half of the seminar, our staffs conducted a series of experiments and analyses using NEBNext UltraExpress DNA and Ultra II DNA, including library preparation, sequencing by outsourcing, and data analysis. We will introduce the situation and our impressions of the experiments.<br>
