Glycan analysis of therapeutic antibodies

The shift from small molecule medicines to biopharmaceuticals is progressing, and antibody drugs are becoming mainstream medical treatments. Therefore, the collection of physicochemical analytical data is increasingly essential to the quality assessment of biopharmaceuticals containing antibodies. In this seminar, we will focus on the analysis of glycans, which are important factors in antibody quality, and aim to provide a more practical technical introduction to specific procedures and data analysis.<br>
