Comparative TSS-seq of Arabidopsis natural variations reveals genetic stability of genic and non-genic promoter groups and re-tuning of gene expression during local adaptation

The molecular basis and evolutionary history of intraspecies phenotypic diversity is essential to understand the diversity and evolution at the species level. Yet, despite recent advances in sequencing and phenotyping technologies, the link between genetic variation and phenotypic diversity remains largely unclear. In this symposium, we will introduce attempts to address these questions using various approaches and species, and discuss future directions.<br>
